Arthur Curry, known as Aquaman, is a prominent character in the DC Extended Universe (DCEU).

He is the son of Atlanna, the Queen of Atlantis, and Thomas Curry, a lighthouse keeper. This mixed heritage grants him unique abilities, including super strength, enhanced senses, and the power to breathe underwater.

Aquaman first appears in the film *Justice League* (2017), where he is recruited by Bruce Wayne to defend the Earth against Steppenwolf. Reluctant to embrace his Atlantean heritage and his role as king, he initially resists joining the team.
